Morgan Jensen
MA, RCC | Registered Clincal Counsellor | Associate

Morgan Jensen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver, BC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University with a specialization in School and Youth.

Morgan’s experience as a specialized child and youth support worker and counsellor within community services has given her invaluable insight into the complexities of youth development, particularly in today’s digital and dynamic world. Having moved frequently across Canada during her own youth, she understands how daunting navigating school, relationships, and life transitions can be, and believes that no one should have to face these challenges alone. Morgan also provides individual therapy to adults.

Her approach centers on cultivating safe and supportive relationships, empowering clients to achieve their goals and build a solid foundation for emotional well-being. Morgan utilizes a holistic, trauma-informed lens, incorporating modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy to meet the needs of each unique client. Morgan is passionate about psycho-education for young people and has written a children’s book to teach children how to set goals, optimize motivation, and realize the power of their mind using mindfulness-based techniques.

Morgan currently provides therapy to youth ages 10+ who are navigating the challenges of adolescence, exploring their identities, and seeking support in building resilience and confidence for their future. Morgan also works with parents and caregivers to help them understand their child’s mental health needs. In addition, she works with adults individually who are struggling with a variety of issues such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transition, and trauma recovery.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys a variety of creative pursuits, including ceramics, crocheting, and developing educational resources on mental health. Morgan has written a children’s book and is excited to write more!
