Not everyone likes change, but the world we live in is constantly evolving and being placed in positions of having to accept change is unavoidable. From family dynamics to relationships and changes in careers, the sudden newness to daily routines and habits can be unsettling.

 

The feeling of my world has flipped upside down is not uncommon, but can result in emotional discomfort, anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed, and depression. If left unaddressed, these feelings and emotions can further worsen your mental and physical health, leading to breakdowns in relationships, feelings of self-happiness, and even negatively impacting the new change in your life.
